To ensure the property is correctly prepared, furnished and in good working order from commence of the agreement and if for holiday rentals to achieve the highest level of booking rates, occupancies, positive feedback, reviews and long-term success for the Property. It further includes the necessary health and safety requirements, fire safety requirements, and other necessary requirements to correctly accept holiday guests to the Property. The Inventory requirements themselves can also be advised. In addition we can provide the Owner with costings for all requirements and we can provide them.
